French Chocolate Buns 3/4 cup milk 3 tablespoons margarine 6 tablespoons egg substitute 1 1/8 teaspoons vanilla 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1/3 teaspoon salt 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast 1 large milk chocolate candy bar, broken into pieces Place remaining ingredients in breadmaker and process on dough cycle. When dough cycle is completed, remove dough, roll out until 1/4-inch thick and cut into 12 pieces. Place chocolate onto dough and press seams together. Place bun seam side down onto well buttered baking sheet. Bake buns at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 buns. Printable version: chocolate-buns.txt.
