Carrot and Thyme Bread 1 1/2 Lb Loaf (1 lb loaf) 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (1 1/2 tsp) 2 1/4 c bread flour (1 1/2 c) 1 c rye flour (2/3 c) 1/2 c yellow cornmeal (1/3 c) 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar (1 T) 1 1/2 tsp salt (1 tsp) 1 1/2 Tbsp dried thyme (1 T) 2 c carrots freshly grated, or finely chopped (1 1/3 c) 1 c water (1/2 c or more if needed) 3 T vegetable oil (2 T) Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
