Rich Buttermilk Bread

1 1/2 cups nonfat buttermilk (or can use 1 1/2 cups water + 6 Tbsp
buttermilk powder)
2 tsp sea salt (can use 1 1/2 tsp)
1/4 cup butter or canola oil (can use butter)
1/4 cup honey (can use 1 to 2 Tbsp sugar instead of honey)
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 1/4 cups unbleached flour (can use bread flour)
1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast (can use 2 tsp)

Add all ingredients to your bread pan and process on White Bread
setting.

Or you can do the following:

Use the "Dough" cycle of bread machine. When the cycle is complete,
take the dough out of the bread pan, roll up into a ball on a
buttered board, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

After the 10 minutes, either shape into a loaf and place on a
greased loaf pan or weigh it out and divide the dough into 8 equal
pieces and form each into a hoagie roll. Place them 1 1/2 inches
apart on a jelly roll pan lined with a silpat liner and let them
rise till doubled about 45 minutes.

Make a cornstarch glaze of 1/3 cup water, 1 tsp cornstarch and 1/4
tsp salt and brush on risen rolls or loaf.

Immediately sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Bake the hoagies
at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the thermometer
registers 190 to 200 degrees. Bake the loaf for about 30 - 35
minutes or until thermometer registers 190 to 200 degrees. Place
on a cooling rack to cool and butter the tops of each hoagie or
loaf.
