Buttermilk Wheat Bread 1 pk yeast 3 c plus 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour 1 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 egg 1 c buttermilk, warmed Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select, "Whole Wheat" and push "Start."
