Basic Breakfast Bread 1 5/8 cups water 4 ounces oats (about 1 1/2 cups) 1 ounce gluten (1/4 cup) 8 ounces white whole wheat flour, (2 cups) 6 ounces bread flour, (1 1/2 cups) 3 tablespoons sugar, (or honey or brown sugar) 2 tablespoons dry milk 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons lechithin, (optional) 2 teaspoons active dry yeast Put ingredients in bread pan and press start.
