Bread Machine Apple Cinnamon Bread

3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 cup white flour
2 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 cup chopped apples
3 Tbsp cinnamon

Place the ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed and
set the machine to regular cycle, 2 lb loaf, light crust. As the
bread mixes, the apples release their juice and moisten the mixture.
Adjust the flour to liquid ratio after about 10 minutes of mixing
(add water or flour as needed to get the correct feel - not dry or
sticky). When done, remove to a cooling rack.
