Red Beans 1 lb red beans 4 spiced smoked sausage, cut into wedges 2 medium white onions, chopped i small bunch green onions, chopped salt dash of cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon of accent Wash beans well. Add about four cups of water. Cook on medium heat until done.
