Thai Sweet Vinegar Dip 2 T. Thai fish sauce 4 T. white sugar 1/2 C. water or a bit more 1 T. rice vinegar/lime juice Stir all the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves or you may use microwave to do so. Add in shredded carrot or chili pepers. Serve at room temperature. This sauce is great with those small deep-fried shrimp spring rolls. Printable version: thai-dip02.txt.
