Recipe Archives->Asian Sea->Thai Bbq Sauce
Thai BBQ sauce 1 t. minced garlic 1 Thai bird chili, minced or 1/2 t. chili paste 4 T. water 4 T. sugar 1/4 t. salt 6 T. rice/white vinegar Bring all ingredients to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid is reduced to about 6 T. Let cool before serving. It will thicken a little when cooled completely. Printable version: thai-bbq-sauce.txt.
