Sticky Rice with Mango 3 c. cooked sticky rice (made by cooking 1 c. sticky rice and 2 c. water) 1 c. coconut milk (unsweetened) 3-4 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3-4 chilled mangos, peeled and sliced Cook rice and coconut milk over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until thick, as if you are making rice pudding. Add the sugar and salt. Reduce to low, cover, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve warm with mango slices along side.
