PULUT HITAM Black Glutinous Rice with Coconut Cream 250 black glutinous rice, soaked for 2 hrs 1/2 litre thick coconut milk 11/2 litre thin coconut milk 4 pandan leaves salt to taste 2 pieces palm sugar 50 gm granulated sugar Wash and drain black glutinous rice. Add salt, thin coconut milk and pandan leaves. Boil till mixture is thick and grains are tender. Add palm sugar and granulated sugar. Stir till dissolved. Add water if preferred. Remove from heat.
