Fried Noodles in Creamy Sauce (Lard Nar) Thai 2 cups rice noodles (soaked in water) 1 1/2 cups broccoli sliced 3-4 shiitake mushrooms, soaked overnight 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon constarch with 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons cooking oil In frying pan, heat oil and brown garlic. Add noodles, stir well for 3 minutes. Place on serving plate. Heat remaining oil, add beef, broccoli and shiitake mushrooms. Stir until no pink in beef. Add water and bring to boil. (about 1/2 cup water) Add oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Add cornstarch and stir until thicken. Spoon over the noodle. Serve with a slice of lemon. Printable version: fried-noodles01.txt.
