Banana Lumpia Ripe bananas (1 banana makes 2 lumpias) Lumpia wrappers Brown sugar 1 egg, beaten oil for frying Slice each banana lengthwise. Sprinkle brown sugar. Place flat side down, on lumpia wrapper. Roll over once tightly, fold sides over and continue rolling to end of wrapper. Seal flap with beaten egg. Fry at 325 - 350 degrees for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown. Printable version: banana-lumpia.txt.
