STUFFED JALAPENOS Yield: 48 24 jalapenos; halved & deveined 6 1/2 oz tuna, water pack; drained 1/2 c pecans; finely chopped mayonnaise Halve and devein jalapenos. In a bowl, mix tuna and pecans with enough mayonnaise to moisten. Stuff jalapeno halves.
