Sausage Cheese Balls 1 lb hot pork sausage 1 lb grated extra sharp cheddar cheese 3 cups Bisquick Place all ingredients in a bowl. Knead with hands until smooth. Roll into marble sized balls. Heat oven to 450. Bake 10 minutes if unfrozen. Bake 12-15 if frozen. They should be golden brown. If overcooked they are dry! Printable version: sausage-balls01.txt.
