Smoked Salmon Roll Ups Take a flat bread (mexican tortilla or middle eastern). Spread with cream cheese. Arrange leaves of lettuce, smoked salmon and finely chopped green onionon the flat bread. Roll tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut each on the diagonal into about 12 slices (depending on the size of your flat bread). Printable version: salmon-rollups.txt.
