Grilled Figs with Goat Cheese 8 oz goat cheese 2 tsp finely chopped rosemary salt and pepper 24 fresh figs 1/4 pound sliced prosciutto 6 long sprigs rosemary olive oil Combine cheese, rosemary, salt and pepper. Make a small slit in bottom or side of each fig and pipe or stuff cheese mixture into figs. Wrap strips of prosciutto around each fig and skewer 4 figs per rosemary twig. Brush with oil, season. Place figs on hot grill and grill until cheese starts to ooze, about 6 minutes. Printable version: grilled-figs.txt.
