Angels on Horseback
Serves 6
 
24 oysters removed from the shell
12 bacon slices
12 small slices toast
butter
watercress
 
Preheat oven to 400 F. Wrap the bacon around each oyster.  Place
on baking sheet, packing them up tight.  Bake for about 8 minutes.
Butter toast and arrange 2 angels on each piece. Garnish with
watercress.
