Cocktail Toasts 1/2 cup sliced black olives 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup green onions, chopped 3 oz bacon bits (or cooked crumbled bacon) party sandwich or thin sliced bread cut in quarters (rye, pumpernickel) Combine first four ingredients and mix well. Spread over bread slices & top with bacon bits. Place in a warm oven (275-300F) for about 10 minutes. Serve warm. Printable version: cocktail-toasts.txt.
