Chicken, Bacon & Banana Kebabs 8 - 12 chicken thighs, skinned and boned 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce juice of 1 lemon 4 - 6 slices bacon 2 bananas Kebab skewers (soaked a few hours to prevent burning) Cut the chicken into large cubes. Blend the sugar, Worcestershire and soy sauce and marinate the chicken overnight. Slice the bananas into 4 - 6 pieces. Wrap the bacon around the bananas. Thread the chicken and bacon wrapped bananas onto the skewers. Brush with the excess marinade and grill under a low grill for 10 - 15 minutes, turning and brushing with marinade occasionally.
