Pepperoni Cheese Breadsticks

2 3/4 cups baking mix
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
3 1/2 ounces pepperoni, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  In bowl, mix all ingredients together
except Parmesan. 

Drop by spoonfuls into Parmesan cheese. Roll in cheese to coat. 
Roll into 8-inch breadsticks. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on
two lightly greased baking sheets.  Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until
golden brown. 

Makes about 20 breadsticks.
